La dieta lipedema es una soluci\u00f3n que permite a los pacientes cuidarse y minimizar los riesgos de esta condici\u00f3n a futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La patolog\u00eda es debida a la&nbsp;<strong>inflamaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>celular<\/strong>&nbsp;que conlleva un crecimiento&nbsp;<strong>desproporcionad<\/strong><strong>o<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;del tejido&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>adiposo de las extremidades<\/strong>&nbsp;de forma sim\u00e9trica y alteraci\u00f3n vascular del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Luchar contra<\/strong>&nbsp;la&nbsp;<strong>inflamaci\u00f3n cr\u00f3nica<\/strong>&nbsp;debe ser el pilar del&nbsp;<strong>cambio de h\u00e1bitos<\/strong>&nbsp;necesarios para mantener&nbsp;<strong>controla<\/strong><strong>dos<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;los s\u00edntomas<\/strong>&nbsp;y la&nbsp;<strong>evoluci\u00f3n de la enfermedad lipedematosa&nbsp;<\/strong>de forma duradera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed mismo, el&nbsp;<strong>control del sobrepeso<\/strong>&nbsp;y del tejido adiposo \u201esano\u201c han de ser&nbsp;<strong>objetivos del tratamiento conservador<\/strong>. La combinaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>ejercicio y dieta saludable<\/strong><strong>s son claves<\/strong>&nbsp;para el&nbsp;<strong>tratamiento exitoso de&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>esta<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;enfermedad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por desgracia, la dieta moderna occidental parece inevitablemente abocada a todo lo contrario, a causa del exceso de az\u00facar, sal, carne roja y conservantes u otros qu\u00edmicos, con la consecuente formaci\u00f3n de endotoxinas e inflamaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de que la dieta no es el tratamiento curativo de la enfermedad y de que el tejido lipedematoso no reacciona a la restricci\u00f3n de calorias, el implemento de dietas antiinflamatorias (<strong>RDA \u201erare adipose disorders diet<\/strong>\u201c),&nbsp;<strong>bajas en hidratos de carbono<\/strong>&nbsp;(refinados) o \u201e<strong>low carb<\/strong>\u201c, y\/o&nbsp;<strong>ricas en proteinas<\/strong>&nbsp;(\u201e<strong>paleo-dieta<\/strong>\u201c) suelen reportar beneficios tales como&nbsp;<strong>disminuci\u00f3n del dolor<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>disminuci\u00f3n de peso<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>reducci\u00f3n de la inflamaci\u00f3n<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>aumento de los niveles de energ\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>mejora de la movilidad.<\/strong>&nbsp;Por otra parte, cambiar la dieta en beneficio de estos alimentos conlleva autom\u00e1ticamente una&nbsp;<strong>disminuci\u00f3n de la ingesta de productos procesados!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dado que la&nbsp;<strong>causa&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>del lipedema&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>es&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>a\u00fan&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>desconocida<\/strong>&nbsp;y que no podemos luchar contra ella, nos queda la opci\u00f3n de recomendar actitudes y&nbsp;<strong>cambios de h\u00e1bitos&nbsp;<\/strong>como el&nbsp;<strong>ejercicio moderado y alimentaci\u00f3n sana<\/strong><strong>,&nbsp;<\/strong>dirigidos a mantener el&nbsp;<strong>control del peso<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>evitar la inmovilidad&nbsp;<\/strong>a la que se llega en&nbsp;<strong>fases avanzadas de la enfermedad<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n linf\u00e1tica<\/strong>&nbsp;en las extremidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aprender a comer<\/strong>; qu\u00e9 alimentos elegir y cu\u00e1les evitar de forma duradera y sostenible, qu\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>suplementos nutricionales<\/strong>&nbsp;convienen (vitaminas, minerales) y con cu\u00e1les hay que tener cuidado, ayuda a mantener bajo control una enfermedad de la qu\u00e9 no conocemos el origen pero s\u00ed los&nbsp;<strong>s\u00edntomas<\/strong>&nbsp;y su&nbsp;<strong>evoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada paciente debe encontrar la dieta que mejor se adapte a sus circunstancias. No hay una&nbsp;<strong>dieta espec\u00edfica para lipedema<\/strong>&nbsp;pero podemos ofrecer algunos&nbsp;<strong>consejos b\u00e1sicos<\/strong>&nbsp;que cada paciente puede implementar en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda, teniendo en cuenta que han de ser&nbsp;<strong>cambios de por vida<\/strong>! y que por ello&nbsp;<strong>no pueden ser planes extremos ni dr\u00e1sticos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sea cual sea la opci\u00f3n, \u00e9stas dietas deben de tener en com\u00fan una base de&nbsp;<strong>alimentaci\u00f3n fresca y saludable<\/strong>, lo m\u00e1s&nbsp;<strong>natural<\/strong>&nbsp;posible y de&nbsp;<strong>f\u00e1cil digesti\u00f3n<\/strong>. Algunos productos como el ajo, el jengibre, la bromelina, la c\u00farcuma, los flavonoides, el magnesio o o los \u00e1cidos omega3 deben ser consultados previamente con el m\u00e9dico puesto que pueden interferir con medicaci\u00f3n o enfermedades concomitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aqu\u00ed os ofrecemos un&nbsp;<strong>listado pr\u00e1ctico de alimentos y suplementos beneficiosos<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>contra la inflamaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;y otros que es mejor evitar:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th><\/th><th><strong>Ingesta libre<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Consumir con moderaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Evitar o limitar la ingesta<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><th>Proteinas<\/th><td>pescado blanco, pescado graso, huevos ecol\u00f3gicos<\/td><td>huevos de granja<\/td><td>embutidos, carne roja procesada, pollo y huevos de factor\u00eda<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>L\u00e1cteos<\/th><td>de oveja o cabra ecol\u00f3gicos<\/td><td>De vaca semidesgrasada (mejor ecol\u00f3gicos)<\/td><td>Leche evaporada, leche condensada, helados.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Legumbres<\/th><td><\/td><td>garbanzos, lentejas y judias (frescas o secas)<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Grasas<\/th><td>aceite de oliva virgen extra, aceite de aguacate, de coco, manteca de cacao, aceite de s\u00e9samo o lino.<\/td><td><\/td><td>margarina, grasa hidrogenadas o parcialemnte hidrogenadas, aceites vegetales (girasol, colza o plama) y fritos.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Vegetales<\/th><td>vegetales de hoja verde y otros colores (acelga, espinaca, coles br\u00f3coli, coliflor calabaza, zanahoria, pepino), cebolla, ajo, setas,<\/td><td>boniato<\/td><td>patatas, trigo, vegetales en conserva.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Granos<\/th><td><\/td><td>harinas sin gluten, alforf\u00f3n, mijo, arroces, avena,<\/td><td>trigo blanco, (panes, pasta, pizza, galletas, pasteles, cereales), cus cus, bulgur, kamut<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Frutas<\/th><td>bayas (moras, ar\u00e1ndanos, frambuesas), c\u00edtricos, pl\u00e1tano, cerezas, aguacate, aceitunas (\u00e9stos dos \u00faltimos en cantidades limitadas), frutos secos tostados y no salados, semillas.<\/td><td>melon, kiwi, uvas, pinya, mango, manzana, pera, ciruelas, melocot\u00f3n.<\/td><td>fruta seca y en conserva, frutos secos fritos\/salados, cacahuetes.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Bebidas<\/th><td>t\u00e9 verde, infusiones de frutas o hierbas, caf\u00e9 o t\u00e9 descafeinado naturalmente, agua.<\/td><td>smoothies caseros, caf\u00e9 y t\u00e9 con cafeina, vino tinto.<\/td><td>Zumos de frutas, licores, alcohol, sidra, cerveza, vino blanco, bebidas edulcoradas, bebidas energ\u00e9ticas<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Az\u00facares<\/th><td><\/td><td><\/td><td>Az\u00facar refinado, edulcorantes (neturales y artificiales) Sirope de arcey de agave, miel, az\u00facar de coco, barritas energ\u00e9ticas, zumos de frutas.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Especias<\/th><td>Especias y condimentos (no azucarados) frescas y secas, encurtidos, productos fermentados (k\u00e9fir, yogur), gengibre,<\/td><td>chocolate negro (&gt;70% cacao)<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Suplementos nutricionales (si son necesarios)<\/th><td>Omega3, selenio, magnesio, inulina, c\u00farcuma, bromelina.<\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si quer\u00e9is saber m\u00e1s sobre dietas espec\u00edficas en enfermedades del tejido adiposo, consultad en la web de la FDRS 2017 las interesantes conferencias de la Dra.
