La dieta lipoedema \u00e9s una soluci\u00f3 que permet als pacients cuidar-se i minimitzar els riscos d&#8217;aquesta condici\u00f3 a futur. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La patologia \u00e9s deguda a la inflamaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular que comporta un creixement desproporcionat del teixit adip\u00f3s de les extremitats de manera sim\u00e8trica i alteraci\u00f3 vascular d&#8217;aquest.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lluitar contra la inflamaci\u00f3 cr\u00f2nica ha de ser el pilar del canvi d&#8217;h\u00e0bits necessaris per a mantenir controlats els s\u00edmptomes i l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de la malaltia lipedematosa de manera duradora.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed mateix, el control del sobrep\u00e8s i del teixit adip\u00f3s \u201esa\u201c han de ser objectius del tractament conservador. La combinaci\u00f3 d&#8217;exercici i dieta saludables s\u00f3n claus per al tractament reeixit d&#8217;aquesta malaltia. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per desgr\u00e0cia, la dieta moderna occidental sembla inevitablement abocada a tot el contrari, a causa de l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de sucre, sal, carn vermella i conservants o altres qu\u00edmics, amb la conseq\u00fcent formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;endotoxines i inflamaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar que la dieta no \u00e9s el tractament curatiu de la malaltia i que el teixit lipedematoso no reacciona a la restricci\u00f3 de calorias, l&#8217;implemento de dietes antiinflamat\u00f2ries (RDA \u201erare adipose disorders diet\u201c), baixes en hidrats de carboni (refinats) o \u201elow carb\u201c, i\/o riques en proteinas (\u201epaleig-dieta\u201c) solen reportar beneficis com ara disminuci\u00f3 del dolor, disminuci\u00f3 de pes, reducci\u00f3 de la inflamaci\u00f3, augment dels nivells d&#8217;energia i millora de la mobilitat. D&#8217;altra banda, canviar la dieta en benefici d&#8217;aquests aliments comporta autom\u00e0ticament una disminuci\u00f3 de la ingesta de productes processats!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At\u00e8s que la causa del lipoedema \u00e9s encara desconeguda i que no podem lluitar contra ella, ens queda l&#8217;opci\u00f3 de recomanar actituds i canvis d&#8217;h\u00e0bits com l&#8217;exercici moderat i alimentaci\u00f3 sana, dirigits a mantenir el control del pes, evitar la immobilitat a la qual s&#8217;arriba en fases avan\u00e7ades de la malaltia i millorar la circulaci\u00f3 limf\u00e0tica en les extremitats.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aprendre a menjar; quins aliments triar i quins evitar de manera duradora i sostenible, quins suplements nutricionals convenen (vitamines, minerals) i amb quins cal anar amb compte, ajuda a mantenir sota control una malaltia de la qu\u00e8 no coneixem l&#8217;origen per\u00f2 s\u00ed els s\u00edmptomes i la seva evoluci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada pacient ha de trobar la dieta que millor s&#8217;adapti a les seves circumst\u00e0ncies. No hi ha una dieta espec\u00edfica per a lipoedema per\u00f2 podem oferir alguns consells b\u00e0sics que cada pacient pot implementar en el seu dia a dia, tenint en compte que han de ser canvis per a tota la vida! i que per aix\u00f2 no poden ser plans extrems ni dr\u00e0stics. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sigui el que sigui l&#8217;opci\u00f3, aquestes dietes han de tenir en com\u00fa una base d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 fresca i saludable, el m\u00e9s natural possible i de f\u00e0cil digesti\u00f3. Alguns productes com l&#8217;all, el gingebre, la bromelina, la c\u00farcuma, els flavonoides, el magnesi o o els \u00e0cids omega3 han de ser consultats pr\u00e8viament amb el metge lloc que poden interferir amb medicaci\u00f3 o malalties concomitants. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aqu\u00ed us oferim un llistat pr\u00e0ctic d&#8217;aliments i suplements beneficiosos contra la inflamaci\u00f3 i altres que \u00e9s millor evitar:<\/h3>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th><\/th><th><strong>Ingesta lliure<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Consumir amb moderaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Evitar o limitar la ingesta<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><th>Proteinas<\/th><td>peix blanc, peix gras, ous ecol\u00f2gics<\/td><td>ous de granja<\/td><td>embotits, carn vermella processada, pollastre i ous de factoria<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Lactis<\/th><td>d&#8217;ovella o cabra ecol\u00f2gics<\/td><td>De vaca semidesgrasada (m\u00e9s ben ecol\u00f2gics)<\/td><td>Llet evaporada, llet condensada, gelats.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Llegums<\/th><td><\/td><td>cigrons, llenties i judias (fresques o seques)<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Greixos<\/th><td>oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, oli d&#8217;alvocat, de coco, mantega de cacau, oli de s\u00e8sam o lli.<\/td><td><\/td><td>margarina, greix hidrogenades o parcialemnte hidrogenades, olis vegetals (gira-sol, colza o plama) i fregits.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Vegetals<\/th><td>vegetals de fulla verda i altres colors (bleda, espinac, cols br\u00f2coli, coliflor carabassa, pastanaga, cogombre), ceba, all, bolets,<\/td><td>moniato<\/td><td>patates, blat, vegetals en conserva.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Grans<\/th><td><\/td><td>farines sense gl\u00fatens, fajol, mill, arrossos, civada,<\/td><td>blat blanc, (pans, pasta, pizza, galetes, pastissos, cereals), cus cus, b\u00fargul, kamut<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Fruites<\/th><td>baies (mores, nabius, gerds), c\u00edtrics, pl\u00e0tan, cireres, alvocat, olives (aquests dos \u00faltims en quantitats limitades), fruita seca torrada i no salats, llavors.<\/td><td>melon, kiwi, ra\u00efm, pinya, mango, poma, pera, prunes, pr\u00e9ssec.<\/td><td>fruita seca i en conserva, fruita seca fregida\/salada, cacauets.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Begudes<\/th><td>te verd, infusions de fruites o herbes, caf\u00e8 o te descafe\u00efnat naturalment, aigua.<\/td><td>smoothies casolans, caf\u00e8 i te amb cafeina, vi negre.<\/td><td>Sucs de fruites, licors, alcohol, sidra, cervesa, vi blanc, begudes edulcorades, begudes energ\u00e8tiques<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Sucres<\/th><td><\/td><td><\/td><td>Sucre refinat, edulcorants (neturales i artificials) Xarop de arcey d&#8217;atzavara, mel, sucre de coco, barretes energ\u00e8tiques, sucs de fruites.<\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Esp\u00e8cies<\/th><td>Esp\u00e8cies i condiments (no ensucrats) fresques i seques, adobats, productes fermentats (quefir, iogurt), gengibre,<\/td><td>xocolata negra (&gt;70% cacau)<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><th>Suplements nutricionals (si s\u00f3n necessaris)<\/th><td>Omega3, seleni, magnesi, inulina, c\u00farcuma, bromelina.<\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si voleu saber m\u00e9s sobre dietes espec\u00edfiques en malalties del teixit adip\u00f3s, consulteu en la web de la FDRS 2017 les interessants confer\u00e8ncies de la Dra.
