{"id":24558,"date":"2024-05-29T19:18:38","date_gmt":"2024-05-29T17:18:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/institutoanatorres.com\/exercici-i-lipoedema"},"modified":"2026-06-16T16:50:49","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T14:50:49","slug":"exercici-i-lipoedema","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/institutoanatorres.com\/ca\/exercici-i-lipoedema","title":{"rendered":"Exercici i Lipoedema"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/institutoanatorres.com\/cirugia-corporal\/lipedema.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lipoedema<\/a> \u00e9s una malaltia cr\u00f2nica i dolorosa que cursa amb dip\u00f2sits anormals i sim\u00e8trics de greix principalment en les extremitats inferiors i que a m\u00e9s de provocar un evident problema de volum, pes i canvi est\u00e8tic de les extremitats, pot comportar serioses complicacions de la marxa.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els citats dip\u00f2sits de greix patol\u00f2gic poden arribar a causar, a la llarga, canvis posturals i deformitat articular, destacant especialment la deformitat en valg dels genolls (cames en \u201cX\u201d), dolor en els malucs i limitaci\u00f3 de moviments o peus plans. A m\u00e9s, les pacients solen presentar hiperlaxitud, hematomes i dolor espontani a les cames podent fins i tot, amb el progr\u00e9s de la malaltia, presentar-se artritis en un percentatge elevat de casos (la Dra. K. Herbst va constatar en2012cambios deguts a l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de l\u00edquid en els teixits que afeblien les estructures pr\u00f2ximes ales articulacions i causaven dolor). <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/institutoanatorres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/lipedema-lipoedema-barcelona-instituto-dra-ana-torres-1-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19474\" srcset=\"https:\/\/institutoanatorres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/lipedema-lipoedema-barcelona-instituto-dra-ana-torres-1-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/institutoanatorres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/lipedema-lipoedema-barcelona-instituto-dra-ana-torres-1-980x980.jpg 980w, https:\/\/institutoanatorres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/lipedema-lipoedema-barcelona-instituto-dra-ana-torres-1-480x480.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;exercici \u00e9s essencial en les pacients amb Lipoedema ja que, encara que la dieta i l&#8217;exercici no disminueixen el volum de les cames ni eliminen el greix lipedematosa, milloren el sobrep\u00e8s acompanyant i limiten els s\u00edmptomes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La finalitat de l&#8217;exercici no \u00e9s tant la crema de calories per a la p\u00e8rdua de pes (cosa que en molts casos fins i tot complica el tractament i estat de salut general de la pacient) com l&#8217;increment de la for\u00e7a muscular, la millora del flux limf\u00e0tic, l&#8217;augment de la capacitat pulmonar i el nivell d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica, a m\u00e9s de la inclusi\u00f3 social o l&#8217;augment de l&#8217;autoestima de la pacient, factors tots ells que milloren els s\u00edmptomes de la malaltia de Lipoedema a diferents nivells i limiten l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 m\u00e9s dr\u00e0stica d&#8217;aquesta.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Especialment en pacients que encara no s&#8217;han pogut sotmetre al tractament quir\u00fargic per al Lipoedema (Liposucci\u00f3 WAL) que elimina el greix patol\u00f2gic, l&#8217;exercici ha de ser realitzat amb roba compressiva de teixit pla i acompanyat de sessions de drenatge limf\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta \u00e8poca de l&#8217;any (Tardor i Hivern) \u00e9s la millor per a practicar alguns delos exercicis mes convenients i c\u00f2modes per a pacients amb Lipoedema.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tot cas, hem de tenir en compte que l&#8217;exercici intens o excessiu provoca l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00e0cid l\u00e0ctic en els m\u00fasculs (cruiximent), alguna cosa que porta a estats inflamatoris. En lloc d&#8217;aix\u00f2, \u00e9s millor concentrar-se i millorar les activitats di\u00e0ries com caminar llargues dist\u00e0ncies, aixecar-se diverses vegades dela cadira, moure peus, turmells i bessons\u2026 <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9s molt important que cada pacient de Lipoedema trobi el tipus d&#8217;exercici que no sols li agradi sin\u00f3 que sigui realment practicable en el seu entorn amb regularitat, ja que si no, aquesta rutina no ser\u00e0 sostenible en el temps.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sitja permet el pressupost, \u00e9s molt aconsellable contactar amb un entrenador personal i adequar els exercicis a cadasc\u00fa deforma individualitzada, almenys fins a aprendre a con\u00e8ixer els l\u00edmits i necessitats personals.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recomanem exercicis suaus i mantinguts que no sobrecarreguin les articulacions i que no sotmetin el cos a nivells d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saludymedicinas.com.mx\/centros-de-salud\/asma-y-epoc\/articulos-relacionados\/hipoxia-tisular-disminucion-oxigeno.html\">hip\u00f2xia tissular <\/a>que podrien empitjorar els s\u00edmptomes a llarg termini.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/institutoanatorres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/lipedema-lipoedema-barcelona-instituto-dra-ana-torres-2-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2552\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quin tipus d&#8217;exercici \u00e9s recomanable per a pacients amb Lipoedema?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marxa i marxa n\u00f2rdica: Caminar de manera natural amb un parell de bastons que ajuden a secundar-se i donar impuls al moviment \u00e9s un esport practicable tot l&#8217;any, per\u00f2 molt m\u00e9s agradable a la tardor i hivern. Nom\u00e9s hem d&#8217;assegurar-nos de portar un cal\u00e7at apropiat que protegeixi b\u00e9 el peu, especialment en cas de peus plans. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La bicicleta, ja sigui est\u00e0tica o en exteriors, \u00e9s sempre un bon exercici de baix impacte articular. Es recomanen els passejos llargs en superf\u00edcies planes i no gaire dures. En general, potenciar la musculatura de les cames\/bessons millora el drenatge limf\u00e0tic des dels turmells. Aix\u00f2 pot reduir la inflamaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;edema de les extremitats.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les m\u00e0quines d&#8217;el\u00b7l\u00edptica s\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 una bona soluci\u00f3 d&#8217;exercici amb baix impacte articular, aix\u00ed com els exercicis amb cintes el\u00e0stiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;aiguagim o qualsevol exercici en aigua, fins i tot el submarinisme, encara que no sigui pr\u00f2piament nataci\u00f3, milloraran el drenatge limf\u00e0tic a causa de la pressi\u00f3 externa de l&#8217;aigua sobre el teixit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rebounding: Aquesta disciplina sobre llit el\u00e0stic consisteix a fer salts de baix impacte combinant diferents coreografies amb les quals es millora el drenatge limf\u00e0tic. De mode semblant, les m\u00e0quines vibrat\u00f2ries exerceixen un efecte drenant. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ioga i Pilates s\u00f3n bones pr\u00e0ctiques sempre que es protegeixin els genolls de la hiperextensi\u00f3n i es mantingui un nivell de respiraci\u00f3 optimo.
