El col\u00b7lagen dona fermesa i l&#8217;elastina aporta eslasticidad. Ambdues van disminuint amb l&#8217;edat. A partir dels 25 anys l&#8217;organisme disminueix progressivament la producci\u00f3 de col\u00b7lagen. Fins a un 1% per any despr\u00e9s dels 40! Aquesta situaci\u00f3 fa que la pell sigui m\u00e9s feble, fina i sensible, amb flaccidesa i arrugues. A m\u00e9s, despr\u00e9s de la menopausa les dones sofreixen una baixada d&#8217;hormones sexuals (estr\u00f2gens), les quals estan tamb\u00e9 implicades en la formaci\u00f3 del col\u00b7lagen; en aquests anys de canvi la p\u00e8rdua de fermesa i elasticitat de la pell es fan m\u00e9s evidents.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El col\u00b7lagen \u00e9s la proteina majorit\u00e0ria en l&#8217;estructura de la nostra dermis. Est\u00e0 format per diversos aminoacidos espec\u00edfics (glicina, prolina i arginina principalment) que s&#8217;uneixen formant cadenes el\u00e0stiques i extensibles. Per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s, per a la formaci\u00f3 de les cadenes es necessiten ajudants \u2013 els anomenats cofactors \u2013 entre els quals destaquen la Vit C, Vit E, Zinc, Seleni, Coure i Mangan\u00e8s.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquests s\u00f3n els famosos antioxidants; la seva funci\u00f3 \u00e9s detenir o bloquejar els radicals lliures resonsables de l&#8217;envelliment i que s\u00f3n el resultat dels processos metab\u00f2lics causats per t\u00f2xics (tabac, pol\u00b7luci\u00f3\u2026), radiaci\u00f3 solar, malalties, estr\u00e8s o fins i tot exercici excessiu. La producci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta proteina, igual que les altres, s&#8217;activa durant la nit, mentre dormim. D&#8217;aqu\u00ed ve que el somni reparador sigui necessari per a tenir \u00abbona cara\u201c.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En resum, les causes principals de la p\u00e8rdua de col\u00b7lagen s\u00f3n: l&#8217;envelliment, la mala alimentaci\u00f3, els h\u00e0bits de vida poc saludables \u2013 falta de somni i d&#8217;exercici -, problemes de salut com a trastorns d&#8217;absorci\u00f3, infeccions i efectes secundaris d&#8217;alguns medicaments.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 podem fer per a millorar la s\u00edntesi de col\u00b7lagen de manera saludable?<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nodrir-nos b\u00e9: aportar els minerals, vitamines i amino\u00e0cids fonamentals per a la formaci\u00f3 de totes les prote\u00efnes. Equilibrar la dieta amb vitamines (C i E) i minerals (Zinc, Mangan\u00e8s, Seleni\u2026) implicats en la formaci\u00f3 de les cadenes de col\u00b7lagen i ingerir major quantitat de proteina (llet, ous, carn i peix \u2013 millor si s\u00f3n d&#8217;origen ecol\u00f2gic) o gelatina animal com a font directa de col\u00b7lagen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incloure suplements nutricionals: si no hi ha indicaci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica que ho impedeixi, podem ajudar-nos amb suplements de col\u00b7lagen hidrolitzat o amino\u00e0cids perqu\u00e8 serveixin d&#8217;elements formadors de proteinas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevenir l&#8217;envelliment cutani; frenar la destrucci\u00f3 de fibres de col\u00b7lagen mitjan\u00e7ant protecci\u00f3 solar i evitant el tabac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoure la formaci\u00f3: podem utilitzar tecnologia l\u00e0ser, radiofreq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, mesoter\u00e0pia amb vitamines i minerals i p\u00edlings m\u00e8dics que estimulen la formaci\u00f3 de noves fibres mitjan\u00e7ant producci\u00f3 de calor, alimentant la pell directament des de l&#8217;interior o eliminant les capes superficials de la pell per a estimular la renovaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ja no hi ha excuses\u2026 per dins i per fora!
