Hoy compartimos con vosotros el comunicado oficial de la SECPRE – Sociedad Española de Cirugía Plástica, Reparadora y Estética (sociedad científica que agrupa a los especialistas en Cirugía Plástica que se han hecho merecedores de formar parte de la misma por sus méritos en cuanto a formación, conocimientos, experiencia y ética), sobre la importancia de elegir a profesionales médicos que cuenten con el título oficial y homologado en España de Médico Especialista en Cirugía Plástica, Reparadora y estética si una persona se está planteando someterse a una intervención quirúrgico-estética.

El desafortunado falleciendo de Sara ha abierto de nuevo el debate del intrusismo en nuestra profesión y por ello, desde el Instituto Dra. Ana Torres, queremos destacar que seguimos los protocolos de máxima seguridad en quirófano, y que todas nuestras cirujanas cuentan con el título oficial de Médico Especialista en Cirugía Plástica, Reparadora y estética.
Entre todos lograremos que situaciones como esta no vuelvan a darse.

Today we share with you the official statement of the SECPRE – Spanish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (scientific society that brings together specialists in Plastic Surgery who have deserved to be part of it for their merits in terms of training, knowledge, experience and ethics), on the importance of choosing medical professionals who have the official and approved title in Spain of Specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery if somebody is considering undergoing an aesthetic-surgical intervention .
The unfortunate passing of Sara has reopened the debate on intrusion into our profession and therefore, from the Dr. Ana Torres Institute, we want to emphasize that we follow the maximum security protocols in the operating room, and that all our surgeons have the official title of Medical Specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
Together we will ensure that situations like this do not happen again.
